another great training technique for the quads muscles
i like to pair 2 or even 3 exercise,for the same muscle group. when i train for size(hypertrophy)
so lets start with exercise 1.barbell hack squat,
this is a really good quads developer for size since you can load it with pretty heavy weight. i like to add 2.5 kg small plates to elevate my heals,to increase the tension, on my quads.
shoot for 6-10 reps, then move on to the next exercise, minimum rest 15-30 seconds.
exercise 2.seated leg extension machine
come on we all know this one,remember, this is right after a set of moderate-heavy set, of hack squat, so don't expect to put on much weight, on the seated leg extension,as you Usually do,but that's not the point, in this training technique.
aim for a set of 12-15 reps, point your toes out,if you want to Emphasize the inner quad,
once you're done,move on to the last move,yes you're not done.
exercise 3.jumping lunge
for that last burn🔥🔥🔥🔥
on this last exercise i want you to try to get 15-30 seconds use explosive jumps land soft,and repeat.
repeat that 2-3 times/sets good luck
