training with heavy clothing will make you sweat more, but it won't make you lose fat faster.
i'm posting this cause ever since iv'e moved to manila
iv'e noticed many guys here in the gym wearing lots of layers of clothe,i understand they're thinking if i sweat ill burn more weight, that's right you will, but not the kind of weight loose that your'e thinking, fat loss wont occur by sweating, don't get me wrong,yes you should work hard in your training/cardio.
first we need to understand what is swat?
Sweat is your body's reaction when your core temperature exceeds 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit.
basically its our body's way of cooling its self to regulate body temperature.
just because you sweat it doesn't mean you will loose more fat , yes you will burn more water weight but unless your'e a boxer,mma fighter and you need to fit in a weight class ASAP it won't make any sense.
The American Council on Exercise recommends you consume about 20 ounces of water two to three hours before you begin a big workout; 8 ounces just before you exercise; 8 ounces every 20 minutes during exercise and another 8 ounces within 30 minutes of completing the session.
so once you start sweating all that the body is doing,You're simply raising your body temperature to a point that prompts you to sweat more.
so instead of suffering in your workout being so over heated wear comfortable clothe to allow your self to workout harder and with more intensity,
